Customs prefers paper declaration forms to electronic ones.()

Electronic declaration for goods in Customs transit is not accepted by the Customs.()

In any case a customs declaration agency enterprise does not take any legal liability

The consignee of import goods or the customs agency enterprise shall declare to the Customs office within 15 days as of the day when declaration is made for the entry of the transport means.()

If the HS code declared by the consignee or consignor or his agent needs to be modified the Declaration Form. must be also modified with Customs approval.()

Normally for the goods which are declared in advance they should be classified according to their actual state when they are delivered at the Customs supervision area.()

The declaration of import or export goods may be modified with Customs approval.()
